The study aimed at finding out the reality of developing the professional skills of workers in the public authority for applied education and training in the State of Kuwait in light of knowledge society, and to achieve the goal of the study questionnaire was developed Consisting of (62) paragraph were confirmed validity and reliability, the study sample consisting of (300) worker, the study results showed that the degree of appreciation and the reality of developing the professional skills of workers in the public authority for applied education and training in the State of Kuwait from the standpoint of the study sample was a fair degree, the lack of significant differences in the study sample to the reality of developing the professional skills of workers in the public authority for applied education and training in the State of Kuwait due to the Years of Experience at the macro level of the instrument differences. In the light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of holding training courses that contribute to raising their teaching competencies and their applied and training skills in the light of the knowledge society.
