The current research aim of the current research is to identify the reality of the practice of creative thinking skills by primary grade teachers from the point of view of educational supervisors in Tabuk city. The research depends on the descriptive analytical approach to describe the research variables and build a data collection tool; Where the observation card was built, which consisted of three sections; the first section is general information about the Sample of research, the second section, is(30) items for the summary behavior of the skill, on three axes: the first axis: fluency, the second axis: flexibility, the third axis: originality, and the research sample consisted of (41) teachers from the primary classes were chosen randomly; Where the tool was applied electronically. The search results showed the following: 1) The reality of the practice of primary school teachers from the point of view of educational supervisors was a (high) practice of creative thinking skills as a whole and each axis separately, which are as follows: 1) Authenticity with an average of (2,64). 2) Followed by flexibility with an average of (2,60). 3) Followed by fluency with an average of (2,58). There are no statistically significant differences at the statistical significance level (0.05) due to the variable (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, number of training courses), in the response of the research sample as a whole, and in each axis separately. Research also recommended: Holding training courses for primary grade teachers, in order to train them to use all that is new in the field of creative thinking. (Published abstract)
