واقع تطبيق القيادة الابتكارية بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في مدينة أبها الحضرية في المملكة العربية السعودية
The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of innovative leadership in middle school schools in the urban city of Abha, Saudi Arabia. It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the response averages of the study sample members about the degree of innovative leadership practice in middle school schools in the urban city of Abha due to personal variables (age, job title, education, qualification, number of years of experience). The study recommended the need to work to maintain the outstanding level of innovative leadership in middle school schools in the city of Abha through training courses and programs, and the need for researchers to conduct more research and studies related to the impact of the practice of innovative leadership on the level of performance and productivity of employees as well as the performance and productivity of organizations and institutions and work to provide all the capabilities and needs through which it is possible to increase the performance levels of employees, especially in educational institutions.
