واقع استخدام برمجيات الوسائط المتعددة في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية في المرحلة المتوسطة بالمدينة المنورة
This study aimed to identify the reality of using multimedia software in teaching English from the point of view of teachers at the intermediate school. To achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive approach was used. A sample consisting of (96) female teachers was selected. A questionnaire consisting of (41) items was distributed to them; its characteristics were ascertained. The results indicated that there are no differences between the mean scores of the female teachers according to the variable of training courses on the questionnaire and its first and third dimensions at the level of significance (0.05). There are differences between the mean scores of the female teachers on the second dimension of the questionnaire at the level of significance (0.05). There are differences between the mean scores of the female teachers, according to the variable of practical experience on the dimensions of the questionnaire at the level of significance (0.05). There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the female teachers on the total score of the questionnaire. The study recommended training male and female teachers to employ multimedia software in the education processes and permanent development of multimedia software in line with technological and scientific innovations, together with conducting training courses in the field of producing various educational software for male and female teachers and postgraduate students.
