The aim of the current research is to determine the professional competencies necessary for kindergarten teachers, design an electronic training program to develop the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers, and identify the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing the competencies of planning, teaching, and continuing teacher, and the research sample consisted of (60) teachers from Kindergarten teachers in private and public schools in a group of education directorates in the Ministry of Education in Egypt, and the research tools and materials included: a cognitive achievement test for the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers (the researcher preparation), a performance evaluation card for the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers (the researcher preparation), the training content scenario (Researcher preparation), electronic training program (researcher preparation), and the results of the research showed: After applying the program to the experimental sample, a clear development of the performance of the parameters of the experimental group in question was confirmed by calculating the difference in the performance of the parameters (pre-post) on cognitive and performance achievement through The cognitive achievement test, before and after the implementation of the program, in favor of the post application.
