The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of using digital technologies in the education system 2.0 to develop electronic culture skills for kindergarten children. The research sample consisted of: An experimental sample of (30) children from kindergarten from the second level (4-6) years who are enrolled in Muhammad Naguib Official School in Al-Galaa in Tanta. The research tools included testing a measure of the electronic culture of the child to identify the impact of the program, and the results of the study showed many results, including: The effectiveness of the program digital technologies in the education system 2.0 to develop the skills of electronic culture for the kindergarten child, including the goals, tools, and methods, and treatment methods were shown the statistical extent of the program’s effectiveness for developing technological awareness and the extent of its impact on the kindergarten child.
