The study aimed to identify the degree of participatory leadership practice among education directors the offices of Taif from the point of view of the educational supervisors, and revealing the differences between the responses of the study sample individuals about the degree of practicing the participatory leadership of the directors of education offices in Taif a result of the following variables: (Experience in the field of supervision, academic qualification, and the geographical location of the education office. Study methodology and tools: The researcher used the descriptive approach to achieve the goals and developed a questionnaire consisting of (36) statements distributed in three dimensions "(human relations, participation in decisions, delegation of powers)". The validity and stability of the tool has been confirmed, the questionnaires were distributed to them using the comprehensive survey method, and the return questionnaire was (136) The study found that the practice of the directors of education offices in the city of Taif for participatory leadership in its entirety reached a very high degree, and the degree of each dimension was very high, as it came after the human being. The relationship is in the first rank, the delegation of powers is in the second place, and the third participation in decisions. There are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of participatory leadership practice in all its dimensions attributable to (academic qualification - years of experience in supervision - and geographical location), except for differences in the post test (lip). between the East and South office in favor of the East office attributable to geographical location). Main recommendations: Emphasizing the importance of practicing participatory leadership in education offices by activating the role of educational supervisors and their participation in decision-making and decision-making at the level of education offices, and spreading the culture of the importance of participatory practice.
