The study aimed in the study environment in the academic work environment and academic education, university studies, the academic work environment, and teaching productivity. The questionnaire was presented and applied to the study sample of 175 members. The study concluded that the reality of the academic work environment was (high) in the dimension of leadership style and job satisfaction and (medium) in the dimension of motivation and motivation towards work, and the reality of the scientific productivity of faculty members was at a (medium) degree, and there was a statistically significant correlation at the level of (0.05) between the academic work environment and scientific productivity. There are statistically significant differences in the academic work environment due to gender in favor of males, academic rank in favor of the rank of “professor” and the variable of specialization in favor of family education, while there are no statistically significant differences for the years of the news., and the presence of statistically significant differences for the axis of scientific productivity attributed to gender in favor of males, the academic rank of “Professor” and specialization in favor of special education, and there were statistically significant differences attributed to years of experience in favor of years of experience from 5-less than 15 years.
