الذکاء الأخلاقي وعلاقته بالغش الأکاديمي والتحصيل الدراسي لدى طلاب الثانوية الأزهرية
This research aims to investigate the relationship between the moral intelligence, academic dishonesty and academic achievement. The main sample consisted of (516) 309 female and 207 males, from Al- azhar second secondary grade, for the academic year 1441 AH - 2019/2020 AD. The researcher applied the moral intelligence scale (prepared by the researcher), and a measure of cheating behavior in exams (prepared by the researcher). The results revealed that: 1) There is a negative and statistically significant correlation between moral intelligence and exam cheating behavior. 2) There is a positive and statistically significant correlation between moral intelligence and academic achievement. 3) There is a negative and statistically significant correlation between cheating behavior in exams and academic achievement. 4) There is a statistically significant effect of the gender variable (male/ female) on moral intelligence and in favor of females. 5) There is a statistically significant effect of the variable of academic specialization (scientific/ literary) on moral intelligence, and in favor of the scientific department. 6) There is no statistically significant effect interaction of gender (male/ female) and academic specialization (scientific/ literary) on moral intelligence. 7) There is a statistically significant effect of the gender variable (male/ female) on the practice of cheating behavior in exams, and in favor of males. 8) There is a statistically significant effect of the variable of academic specialization (scientific/ literary) in practice of cheating behavior in exams, and in favor of literary specialization. 9) There is no statistically significant effect on practice of cheating behavior in exams due to the interaction of gender (male/ female) and academic specialization (scientific/ literary). 9) The behavior of cheating in exams can be predicted from the dimensions of moral intelligence. 10) The academic achievement can be predicted from the dimensions of moral intelligence, and practice of cheating behavior in exams.
