The aim of the research is to identify the concept of total quality management and its foundations, the concept of the concept of the concept of educational quality and its benefits, and the statement of the concept of total quality in education from the perspective, eliciting and educational laws stemming from Islamic thought, which emphasizes the improvement of education, and the research used the descriptive approach to suit the simplest research. The study reached the following results: 1) Total quality is a management approach that can be applied in the educational field. 2) The concepts of total quality and its foundations included in Islamic education in its legal texts. 3) Islam went beyond the concept of quality to achieve perfection, and achieving this depends on the honesty of work and sincerity in it, and the emphasis on individual responsibility, and the need to provide knowledge and experience, while emphasizing that human proficiency requires performing work honestly and without negligence or shortening so that there is no telling what to say. 4) The criteria for the quality of the goals centered on their realism, comprehensiveness, balance, emphasis on continuity of learning, stimulating scientific thinking, research and investigation, with due attention to the need to take into account the motivation and future outlook, with the need to emphasize the principles of justice, equality and respect for human humanity. 5) The study showed that the educational content quality standards focused on the content’s inclusion, its balance, its connection to the objectives, its consideration of the capabilities and preparations of the learners, and the linking of the content to the learner’s environment, taking into account the content of the developments, changes and developments that occur in the community, and directing the learner to different learning sources to benefit from them with taking into account the characteristics of repetition, giving examples and continuing to present educational experiences in a gradual manner according to their relations to each other.
