The current study aimed to identify the reality of leadership excellence among secondary school leaders in Al-Qassim region from the point of view of the female teachers. A random sample of (280) parameters was selected, and data was collected through a questionnaire, and (252) questionnaires were retrieved with a percentage of (90%), and the data was analyzed through the statistical analysis program (SPSS). The results showed that the dimensions of leadership excellence in secondary schools in The Qassim Region in The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia ranged between high and medium, where the field of the organizational dimension came in the first place with an arithmetic mean (3.53), followed by the field of strategic construction in the second place with an arithmetic average (3.52), followed by the field of performance management ranked third and last, with an arithmetic average of (3.49), and there was a medium degree of obstacles that hinder the implementation of leadership excellence among female secondary school leaders in the Qassim region, Saudi Arabia, where the field of physical obstacles ranked first with an average of (3.20), followed by the field of performance management. Human obstacles ranked second with a mean of (3.05), followed by the field of organizational obstacles in the third place, with a mean of (2.99). The study recommended giving female teachers a sense of confidence by distributing tasks to them according to their abilities, delegating powers and following them up, which increases their belonging to the school and dedication to performing the work required of them.
