العوامل المؤثرة في مستوى الجدارات الإدارية لدى موظفي جامعة جازان من وجهة نظر القادة الإداريين
The study aims to Factors affecting the level of non-supervisory administrative competencies among employees of Jazan University from the perspective of administrative leaders. The study used the qualitative approach in a case study style, and the data was collected using an interview form, which was implemented with 19 participants from the administrative leaders at Jazan University in an intentional manner. The analysis of qualitative data for this study revealed the presence of a number of positive and negative factors affecting the level of non-supervisory administrative competencies among employees of Jazan University from the point of view of administrative leaders. They were classified into three categories: employee personal quality, management efficiency, and work environment components. (Published abstract)
