To achieve this goal, the study used the Biraydi comparative education approach. The findings of the theoretical framework resulted in a set of results, most notably: 1) The low status of a faculty member in Egyptian universities, in terms of bright salaries. 2) The Weak decentralization in financing Egyptian universities. 3) Scientific research in Egyptian universities faces many difficulties, including weak and often nonexistent funding, lack of a strategic plan for scientific research related to society's problems, weakness and lack of benefit from the results of scientific research. 4) There are restrictions and obstacles for university students in Egyptian universities that prevents the practice of academic freedom, including: the student is forced to study in a theoretical college while his inclinations are literary, he chooses the university he wants to study and finds himself in another university.
