The research aimed to develop the speaking skills of primary school students, using a program based on social constructivism theory. To develop these skills; due to the nature of this research, the researcher mixed between the two approaches: the descriptive approach and the quasi-experimental method. The researcher employed the semiexperimental approach with two groups. To apply the proposed program based on social constructivism theory on the experimental group, the research used the following educational tools and materials: the speaking skills note card and the teacher's guide. The results of the current research reached the effectiveness of the program based on social constructivism theory in developing speaking skills among primary school pupils. (Published abstract)
