تصور مقترح لتحسين مهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى القيادات الأكاديمية بكليات التربية جامعة الأزهر في ضوء معايير النموذج الأوروبي للتميز المؤسسي 2020م
The study aimed at developing a proposal for improving strategic planning skills among academic leaders in the faculties of education, AlAzhar University based on the European Model of Excellence 2020. The study adopted the descriptive approach for identifying both foundations of strategic planning skills and their reality in the faculties of education, AlAzhar University and the theoretical criteria of The European model of Excellence 2020. In addition, the study used the questionnaire, which was applied to a sample of 215 members of academic leaders in the faculties of education, Al-Azhar University. The study indicated the following results: study sample approval concerning the availability degree on both the total axis of strategic planning skills and the total axis of the European Model of Excellence criteria were (medium). There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) regarding participants’ total responses on the reality of strategic planning skills among academic leaders in the faculties of education based on the following variables; having strategic planning courses, the site of the faculty, job ranking, the official employer. Finally, the study developed the appropriate proposal for improving these skills among academic leaders in the faculties of education, Al-Azhar University based on the aforementioned model.
