The objective of the current research is to identify is to identify the obstacles faced by the social worker in the Azhar institutes and the researcher used the athodology descriptive for the relevance of the subject of research, and the search reached several results, that the social worker plays an important role in achieving a healthy environment for learners to be able to adapt to the requirements of a sound and successful study but to face a set of difficulties and problems. Which limit its effectiveness and reduce its impact, may be obstacles specific to the work environment and objectivity social workers, including that their need to acquire more knowledge, skills and experience to polish their personalities and acquire new mechanisms for the tasks social worker within the Azhar institutes and move from traditional dependence to.
