This study aimed to identify the degree of basic school principals' practice of educational leadership according to the Hallinger scale and its relationship to the job performance of their teachers. The results showed that the degree of basic school principals' practice of educational leadership according to the Hallinger scale was high. It showed the presence of differences in the degree of basic school principals’ practice of educational leadership according to the Hallinger scale due to the gender variable in favor of males, the educational qualification variable in favor of a bachelor’s degree, and the variable of teaching experience in favor of less than 5 years. In the degree of job performance of their teachers due to the variable of gender and educational qualification, while differences were attributed to teaching experience in favor of experience less than 5 years, and the results showed a strong correlation between the degree of basic school principals' practice of educational leadership according to the Hallinger scale and the job performance of their teachers. A light of this a group presented among the recommendations, the most prominent of which is the need to hold courses and workshops that interest the school principal to set goals through which teachers can acquire them for the benefit of teaching in the classroom. School principals should clarify educational goals to parents and meet with teachers of one subject to ensure that they implement the same goals. (Author’s abstract)
