The study aimed to identify the training needs of school principals in the light of the behavioral impact on teachers, and the impact of variables (gender, educational qualification, and years of experience) in that, and the study sample consisted of (350) teachers. To achieve the goals of the study, a tool was developed to measure the variables of the study, and it consisted of (54) items distributed in three areas, namely (the administrative field, the technical field, and the social field). Its honesty and reliability were confirmed. The results of the study showed that the training needs of school principals in light of the behavioral impact on teachers came at a high degree, and the fields came in descending order respectively (the social field, the technical field, and the administrative field) where all fields came with high estimates, and the results also showed a statistically significant difference when The level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) is attributed to the effect of the educational qualification and years of experience on the technical and social fields, while there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the respondents response to the technical and social field only due to the gender variable in favor of females, and in light of the results recommended Headed by a set of recommendations, the most important of which is building training and qualification programs for school administrators, concerned with modeling influencing behavior in the institution, by the Ministry of Education and the responsible authorities.
