This study aimed to identify the factors affecting the administrative decisions of the directors of the Taibah and Al-Wasatia brigade schools, where the study sample consisted of (315) teachers in the Directorate of Education in the Al-Taibah and Al-Wasatia brigades in the study. These are (internal factors, social factors, economic factors, geographical factors, educational policy factors), and I extract the indications of honesty and consistency. The results showed that the degree of factors affecting the administrative decisions of the directors of the Taibah and Middle schools in schools were high on all areas of the tool, and the study showed the presence of statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the effect of sex in favor of females, and the results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the impact of the educational qualification in all fields, and the absence of statistically significant differences (α= 0.05) attributed to the impact of years of experience in all fields and the study recommended working on holding seminars, training workshops and professional development programs that contribute to strengthening the capacity of school principals to take Appropriate administrative decisions, Activating the role of teachers in the decision-making process by exchanging opinions, raising the awareness of school principals about the importance of decision-making according to scientific methods and by employing his personal skills and experiences, conducting more future studies that address the decision-making process and its relationship to a set of administrative variables such as strategic intelligence and job satisfaction.
