درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس في لواء ماركا لعمليات إدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بتوافر عناصر التنظيم الإداري من وجهة نظر المعلمين
This study aimed at identifying the possession degree of knowledge management processes by Marka District school principals, and the relationship to the availability of the administrative organization elements, as viewed by the teachers. The researcher employed the survey correlational method, and the study instrument was a questionnaire distributed over a sample of (416) male and female teachers of the teachers at the public schools in Marka District in Amman, the Capital. The results showed that the possession degree of the school principals of knowledge management processes in Marka District, as viewed by the public schools teachers in Jordan, was medium. On the other hand, the availability of the administrative organization elements was medium too. The results further showed that there are no statistically significant differences attributed to effect of the academic degree or the years of experience. Meanwhile, there were differences attributed to the gender effect, which came in favor of the males. Finally, the results showed a strong direct correlation between the possession degree of the school principals of the knowledge management processes and the availability of the administrative organization elements among them, as seen by the teachers. In the light of these results, the researcher recommended carrying out similar studies on samples and places in different educational stages and holding periodical and ongoing workshops and training courses for the principals, to enable them acquire knowledge management skills.
