This study aimed to identify the availability degree of network leadership requirements for educational supervisors practices in Al- Mafraq governorate from the point of view of teachers, The study population consisted of all school teachers in Mafraq Governorate and affiliated to the Directorate of Education of the Kasbah of Mafraq, the Directorate of Education of the Northeastern Badia Brigade, the Directorate of Education of the Northwestern Badia Brigade, numbering (8850) teachers. The study sample was selected by simple random method (384) male and female secondary school teachers in Mafraq Governorate It represents (4.34%) of the study population, the study tool was designed in the form of a questionnaire distributed in two parts (study variables, network leadership requirements). The results showed that the degree of availability of network leadership requirements in the practices of educational supervisors in Mafraq Governorate from the teachers' point of view was medium for all areas, as it came respectively (the field of network leader competencies, the field of culture supporting network leadership, the field of application of network leadership), the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study sample members to the degree of availability of network leadership requirements attributed to the gender variable and the number of years of experience. the existence of differences attributed to the academic qualification and the differences came in favor of postgraduate studies, and the study recommended that educational supervisors study that educational supervisors study network leadership patterns and apply them in their practices of educational supervision.
