The current study aimed to know the reality of the role of school broadcasting in the development of the mental aspect of primary school students from the viewpoint of teachers in the city of Khobar. It aimed to contribute to overcome the obstacles that limit the role of school broadcasting, and to invent ways to activate the role of school broadcasting in developing the mental aspect of primary school students. The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its suitability of the nature of the study and its goals, applied to a sample of (256) primary school teachers in Al-Khobar. Among the most prominent results reached were the following. The results of the study showed that the estimates of the vocabulary of the study sample for the reality of the role of school broadcasting in the development of the mental aspect of primary school students came with a degree (intermediate). Moreover, the most prominent of these roles are in school broadcasting programs that raise the level of skill of recitation among students, and school radio programs contribute to raising Students' level of linguistic intelligence. The results of the study also showed that estimates of the vocabulary of the study sample for the obstacles that limit the role of school broadcasting in developing the mental aspect of elementary students came with a degree (large). In addition to the most important obstacles are the fear of some students of the ridicule of their peers when representing a particular role or imaginary characters, and the weak ability of some students to speak in front of a large group of people. In addition, the study results showed that the vocabulary of the study sample agree with a (large) degree on ways to activate the role of school broadcasting in developing the mental aspect of primary school students. The most prominent of these ways is to train broadcasters before submission, pay attention to pronunciation and speak the proper Arabic language in school broadcasting. (Published abstract)
