This study aimed to reveal the degree of practice of school principals in Kasbah Al Mafraq District to develop social responsibility from the teachers' point of view. The descriptive survey method was used, the final study sample consisted of (545) male and female teachers, the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, consisting of (37) paragraphs distributed over four areas: (human, moral, legal, economic) after its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results of the study showed the following: that the estimates of the study sample members about the degree of practice of the school principals of the Kasbah Al-Mafraq District to develop social responsibility from the teachers’ point of view came with a high degree of appreciation, where the total arithmetic mean was (3.72), and a standard deviation (.78), where the field The legal field came first, then the moral field came second, the humanitarian field came third, and the economic field came last. The results of the study related to individual statistical differences revealed that there were no statistically significant differences (a = 0.05) due to the effect of gender in all fields, and the total degree except for the legal field, and the differences were in favor of females. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences (a = 0.05) due to the effect of educational qualification, and there were no statistically significant differences (a = 0.05) due to the effect of years of experience. In light of the results of the study, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Work to develop the efficiency of orbital managers on a continuous basis to further develop work in the work environment, to give priority to the public interest at the expense of private interests, in order to maintain a coherent and developed community entity as we know it.
