فعالية برنامج قائم على الدعم النفسي للسمات الإيجابية في الشخصية لخفض قلق المستقبل لدى المراهقات الصم
The effectiveness of a program based on psychological support for positive traits in reducing future anxiety of deaf adolescent girls. The study aims to identify the effectiveness of the program based on psychological support for positive traits (optimism- hope- self efficacy) in reducing future anxiety (self-future anxiety - family future anxiety - educational future anxiety - social future anxiety - profession future anxiety - health anxiety - death anxiety) of deaf adolescent girls. The study sample consists of the study sample consists of (30) female deaf, (15) as an experimental group and (15) as a control group. They were selected from Al- Aml School for the deaf in Mansoura and they had low degree of positive traits in personality according to positive traits in personality scale (prepared by researcher). Their ages are between (14-19) years with a hearing loss more than 90 decibel. The tools used in the study are: Positive traits in personality scale (Prepared by researcher), Future anxiety scale for deaf adolescent girls (Prepared by researcher), A program based on the development of positive traits in personality (Prepared by researcher), Nonverbal intelligence scale (prepared by Fayeza Makromi, 1998), Social –Economic Level Scale (prepared by Mohamed Bayomi Khalil, 2000). The study used Mann-Whitney test for independent groups to recognize proving differences between experimental and control group, Wilcoxon signed-rank test for recognizing proving differences between associated groups, Effect size equation using Eta square n2. The study found that after the application of its program, the experimental group members showed a clear improvement in positive traits and reducing future anxiety of deaf adolescent girls.
