The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of the negotiating approach in developing some appropriate oral expression skills for students of the fifth grade of primary school. This is for field application and implementation of the study tools. The basic sample on which the experiment was conducted reached (36) students. The researcher used in his study the quasi-experimental design that includes one experimental group with a pre- and post-measurement; Where one experimental group is selected, to be tested before and after, with the aim of identifying the effectiveness of the negotiation approach in developing oral expression skills for fifth grade students. The research tools consisted of a questionnaire to determine the appropriate oral expression skills for them, and an oral performance test; To measure the level of students (the research sample) in the appropriate oral expression skills for them. The research found the effectiveness of negotiation income in developing some oral expression skills for fourth grade students of Al-Azhar primary school. Based on these results, this research recommended the use of the negotiation approach in teaching Arabic to develop writing skills. (Published abstract)
