This study aims to clarify the role of the socio-cultural products of the modern Algerian family affected by changes in the environment and society ,as well as its structural transformations and functional changes through its system of social and cultural values, as well as its local culture, this has resulted in a conscious interaction with the techniques and contents of digital education in Algeria in terms of requirements and areas and achievement of objectives, in particular with the application by the Algerian University of the higher education quality policy, where the study concluded that there is a mental disposition of Algerian family members to keep pace with the digital education system, with the need to facilitate the acquisition of digital educational tools through special programs and strategies.
