The aim of this study is to identify the degree of availability of the following dimensions of organizational trust: trust in co-workers, trust in the direct manager, and trust in the university administration among the academic leaders at the University of Hail from their viewpoint, And the detection of statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of dimensions of organizational trust from their point of view attributed to the variables (gender, years of service, academic rank), to achieve this, the descriptive survey method, and questionnaire were used, and it was applied in a comprehensive enumeration method for the study population of (269), Among its most prominent results: The arithmetic mean of the degree of availability of organizational trust dimensions (trust in co-workers, trust in the line manager, trust in the university administration) among the academic leaders at the University of Hail from their point of view was (3.87) with a standard deviation of (0.810) and with a high degree of availability, and there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of organizational trust from their point of view due to the variables (gender, years of service, academic rank).
