The study aims to identify the degree of availability of the requirements of the learning organization in the colleges of education to be ready to implement the new programs for teacher preparation at Shaqra University. The study adopted the descriptive survey method in monitoring the literature related to the subject of the learning organization in terms of origin, concept, characteristics, dimensions and investigation requirements that were identified in: the supportive environment for learning - continuous education - concrete processes of learning - learning and communication technology - consolidating the culture of learning - perseverance in learning - adventure in learning. A questionnaire was applied to a random sample of staff members from the colleges of education at Shaqra University reached 180. The study concluded that the colleges of education at Shaqra University have readiness to implement the teacher targeted programs in Saudi universities with high arithmetic means in all the requirements of the learning organization chosen in the study, The study ended with recommendations to activate the application requirements of the Learning organization in the colleges of education, at Shaqra University to raise it to an acceptable degree of readiness to implement new programs for teacher preparation.
