الدافع المعرفي وعلاقته بالقلق الامتحاني وأداء بعض المهارات الأساسية بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب
For the purpose of verifying the existence of a relationship between cognitive motivation, exam anxiety and the performance of some basic skills in volleyball, the researcher applied his experience to a sample of second-year students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Safwa University College, using the descriptive approach in the style of correlation relations. After processing the data statistically, and obtaining the results, the researcher concluded that there is an inverse moral correlation between cognitive motivation and exam anxiety among the research sample. There is also a significant correlation between cognitive motivation and the performance of some basic volleyball skills. The researcher recommends that it is necessary to pay attention to enhancing the cognitive motivation of students during the practical lessons of volleyball, and motivating them and arousing them to increase the desire to learn the basic skills of volleyball, as well as its contribution to alleviating anxiety when they perform the practical exam, as well as the need to conduct other research on the relationship of cognitive motivation with psychological variables and other skills in volleyball or other sports.
