فاعلية دورات تقوية للإدارة المدرسية في تحسين التعليم لدى المدارس الثانوية في تربية محافظة النجف الأشرف
The basis of the research was the design and implementation of an elaborate scientific project, which aimed at improving the academic level of secondary school students in the Al-Najaf Governorate through sequential evaluation and evaluation of those in charge of management and leadership, with care for high professional follow up and integrity to develop the specific educational process through the sequential improvement of students’ success rates over the course of three consecutive years, with field detection and strengthening of strengths and weaknesses and treatment, it is considered the basis of medium-term strategic planning for the five-year plan for supervision work, in addition to identifying and qualifying future leadership. The results of the research had a positive impact and raised the level of leadership and administrative work in favor of raising the educational level of students because of the methodology adopted by the project in setting up courses, evaluation and evaluation by preparing a form for detection and treatment, hoping in the future to conduct similar studies for other stages of study.
