The study aimed to identify the impact of the relationship between empowerment and Innovation performance in private universities in Khartoum state, and the study model was built based on previous literature. The study used the analytical descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study, where a questionnaire was designed as a main tool for collecting primary data by using a non-probability soft sample, where (384) questionnaires were distributed to faculty members in private universities, of which (374) were retrieved. With Response rate with (%97.4), the validity of the analysis is the number of (374) questionnaires with a rate of (%97.4). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Path Analysis were used to test the hypotheses of the study. The study reached a set of results, the important results which are: There is a positive relationship between empowerment and Innovation performance in private universities in Khartoum State. The most important recommendations of the study are the need to link Innovation performance. In private universities, there is a system of rewards to encourage faculty members to be creative.
