متطلبـات تفعـيل دور الهيئة الإدارية فـي منـصة مدرسـتي
This study aimed to identify the actual role and functions of the administrative board represented by (Madrasati) platform, and We used a descriptive analysis, and the study population were the school principals and educational supervisors in Saudi Arabia- Almadina almonawwarah region- Khaybar with sample size of forty six (46) school leaders and thirteen(13) educational supervisors .In the study we used two questionnaire. The study concluded that the role of the administrative board in activating Madrasati platform in their point of view was “low”, by school leaders, and educational supervisors. Based on that result, the opinion among the participants about the requirement to activate the role of the board was (very high ). In the light of this study result, we recommend to activate the role of the administrative board and to utilize the requirements mentioned in the study to help further activate the board role. It is of a great importance to coordinate the roles among the board members to prevent duplication of roles and better delivery of care to the educational process. (Author’s abstract)
