The current research aims to investigate the impact of differences among e-training environment styles (environment control - trainee control), and cognitive styles (flexible control/restricted control) on the development of electronic teaching skills and motivation for achievement among first-cycle female teachers in Muscat Governorate in The Sultanate of Oman. The semi-experimental design was used, where the design includes two independent variables, the first variable consists of two levels, the first level is the electronic training environment style (environment control), and the second level is the electronic training environment style (trainee control). The second independent variable also consists of two levels, the first level is (the cognitive style of flexible control), and the second level is (the cognitive style of restrictive control) of the trainees. The dependent variables included two variables: the first is (the cognitive achievement and the level of skill performance) of the trainees and the second is (the trainees' motivation for achievement). The main tools of the research are a Scale; To classify the cognitive style of the sample, an observation card to measure the skills of electronic teaching, and a scale of achievement motivation to measure the sense of responsibility, the pursuit of excellence, perseverance, the feeling of the importance of time and planning for the future. The research sample consisted of (40) first-cycle female teachers in Muscat Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, and they were distributed into four groups. The results revealed that the flexible trainees learned better when they used the training program using environment control, which had an impact on developing electronic teaching skills and increasing their motivation towards achievement. The results also revealed that the restricted trainees learned better when they used the training program using the trainee control, which had an impact on developing electronic teaching skills and increasing their motivation towards achievement. Considering the results, the researcher recommends the following: Training female teachers in the first cycle schools on the used training program to prepare model lessons that keep pace with the skills of the twenty-first century, and to evaluate students' learning in its light. Preparing an integrated electronic training curriculum for the educational platforms approved by the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman, and to be circulated to schools. Providing electronic educational platforms through which training can be used to save time and shorten distances in public and private schools. Preparing an integrated training curriculum through the approved educational platforms for the first cycle schools and circulating it to schools. Directing the researchers' attention to the cognitive method (flexible control - restricted control) and studying the effect of their differences on the responses of individuals. (Author’s abstract)
