فاعليّة التّدريس باستخدام كتاب إلكترونيّ تفاعليّ في تنمية مهارتيّ الطّلاقة القرائيّة والاستيعاب القرائيّ لدى طالبات الصّف السّادس الأساسيّ في مادة اللغة الانجليزيّة
This study aimed to investigate the impact of the effectiveness of teaching using interactive electronic books among sixth-grade female students in Jordan in developing the skills of reading fluency and reading comprehension. The semi-experimental approach was conducted due to its suitability for the purposes and objectives of the study, and two groups were selected from one of the schools of the Ministry of Education in Amman. The two groups included (70) female students, in an intentional way as a sample for the study. The two groups were divided into two sub-groups, each consisting of (35) female students. As for the experimental group, the selected academic unit was taught using the interactive e-book, and with regard to the control group, it was taught in the traditional way using the paper textbook, the board and the pen. The results showed that there isa significant effect of the interactive e-book on the performance of sixth-grade female students in the subject of the English language in Jordan, and there were statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group in academic performance. The study recommended providing educational content in an interactive and creative way, which in turn will increase the level of students’ achievement and enable them to easily master reading comprehension and reading fluency.
