أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين أسس اختيار مديري المدارس في وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية وفنلندا
This study aimed to answer the problem question: What are the similarities and differences between selection criteria of principals in MOE and Finland? Comparative Analysis was used including document review, interview, and two tools, the first is a model to compare the similarities and differences between selecting criteria of principal in Palestine and Finland (2019-2020). The second; interview questions with decision-makers. The most important results of the study, there is a difference between selection criteria of school principal in Palestine and in Finland, Finland is distinguished (by psychological tests, teaching classes, the completion of research papers), Palestine and Finland agree on the personal interview. The study came out with recommendations: The educational qualification for selecting the principal shouldn’t be less than master degree, Preparing the principals through the preliminary courses and exams before selecting, the principal should prepare a research paper at the stage of assigning.
