This study aimed at identifying the effect of using the Aesthetic Approach In improvement the Aesthetic Leadership and motivation for learning among the student - teachers Of Philosophy and Sociology. To achieve this, some topics of the micro-teaching course were reformulated in the light of the aesthetic approach, in addition, tools of the study that included a test of situations in aesthetic leadership and the learning motivation scale was prepared by the researcher. The topics were taught on a sample of second-year philosophy and sociology student teachers, at the Girls ' college in Ain Shams University. the tools were administrated to them before and after teaching, and conducting statistical analyzes, the results indicated that the effectiveness of the aesthetic approach in developing the aesthetic leadership and motivation for learning among philosophy and sociology student teachers.
