تصور مقترح لتفعيل أدوار معلم التعليم الأساسي بمصر في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة
This study aimed to develop A proposed Vision to the roles of basic education teachers in Egypt based on the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It utilized the descriptive research via a questionnaire administered to a stratified random sample of (1084) supervisors, directors and basic education teachers in Cairo, Western, Beheira and Qena governorates. The results revealed that the average weights of the responses scores on the questionnaire dimensions ranged between medium and weak. The second dimension entitled “The students' acquisition of life skills” was the first in order, followed the discovery and development of creativity among students”, use and management of educational technology, managing students' abilities through differentiated instruction, and managing learning time efficiently and effectively, respectively. The results also revealed statistically significant differences between the participants according to the geographical area of the school (rural urban), school stage (primary - preparatory), type of school (public - official), job (teacher supervisor - director), rank (assistant teacher - teacher - senior teacher - expert teacher - head of teachers). The study concluded with A proposed Vision to activate the basic education teacher’s roles based on the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. (Published abstract)
