العلاقة بين الدعم التنظيمي المدرك وكفاءة تطبيق المعلمين للتعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظرهم في مدارس التعليم الحكومي بدولة الكويت
The study aimed to identifying the relationship between the perceived organizational support and the efficiency of teachers’ implementation of distance learning from the point of view of teachers in the public education schools of kuwait. To achieve the study objective, the descriptive analytical survey method was followed. The questionnaire was applied as a tool to collect data from 376 teachers in public schools and they were selected from all schools’ districts in kuwait. The study showed the following findings: 1) the schools’ administrations highly use perceived organizational support with teachers at the public schools of kuwait; 2) teachers highly implemented the distance learning system at the public schools of kuwait; 3) there were statistical differences between the means of responses of study sample regarding the perceived organizational support of school administration as well as the efficiency of teachers’ implementation of distance learning attributed to the variable of gender in favor of male teachers; 4) there were statistical differences between the means of responses of study sample for the perceived organizational support of school administration as well as the efficiency of teachers’ implementation of distance learning attributed to the variable of numbers of service years in favor of the minimum service years; 5) there were statistical differences between the means of responses of study sample for the perceived organizational support of school administration and the efficiency of teachers’ implementation of distance learning attributed to the variable of educational stage at which each teacher works in favor of high schools; 6) there were statistical differences between the means of responses of study sample for the perceived organizational support of school administration and the emotional/psychological dimension attributed to the variable of degree of mastering the usage of the distance educational applications of technology in favor of the highly use the distance learning applications of technology, while there were no statistical differences between the arithmetic means of responses of study sample members for the administrative and material support dimension; 7) there were statistical differences between the means of responses of study sample attributed to the variable of numbers of training courses related to the distance learning applications of technology for the perceived organizational support of school administration in the administrative and material support dimension in favor of teachers who attended two training courses of use of distance learning applications of technology, and there were statistical differences between the means of responses of study sample attributed to the variable of number of training courses of uses of distance learning applications of technology for the aspect of efficiency of teachers’ implementation of distance learning in the dimension of professional efficiency in favor of teachers who attended two courses of use of distance learning apps and programs; 8) there was a positive and medium correlation in general between the perceived organizational support and the efficiency of teachers' implementation of distance learning for the public school teachers in kuwait. In the light of the study’s findings, the necessary recommendations and proposals and future studies were suggested. (Author’s abstract)
