The current research aims at developing the skills of budget management among kindergarten children. And to achieve this goal has been prepared List of budget management skills that can be developed in children, and a collection of digital stories that were prepared light of the list-based budget management skills, and a measure of budgetary management skills. The research used a semi-experimental approach and design of the experimental group and control. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1) There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the means scores of children in the experimental group and the scores of children in the control group in the post-application on the growth scale of budget management skills for the experimental group. 2) There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the means scores of children in the group in the tribal and post-application on the scale of growth of budget management skills in favor of the post application digital stories are effective in developing the budget. 3) The proposed management skills of kindergarten children and are also measured by Blake gain ratio formula which amounted to (1.73).
