This research aims to determining the effect of interaction between Learning strategies (individual-collaborative) and locus of control (internal-external) in the e-learning environment on the development of achievement, the performance of implementing skills of interactive whiteboard e-activities using Activinspire program, product quality and learning satisfaction of students. The researchers used the experimental method. The research sample consisted of (60) students divided into four groups. Research results have shown that there is no fundamental impact based on the differences between the two Learning strategies (individual - collaborative) on both achievement and product quality. However, there is a fundamental impact on the performance of e-skills production activities, and students’ satisfaction with learning for a collaborative Learning strategy. The results have also shown that there is no interaction between Learning strategies and locus of control in achievement, performance of production skills, product quality and learning satisfaction as the group (individual Learning with internal control) has excelled in product quality and production activities performance for e-activities. In the light of the research results, learners’ direction of control should be determined preferably using a collaboration Learning strategy with students with external locus control, especially when developing skills to produce learning resources. In addition, it is preferred to use individual Learning strategy with students with internal locus control, and it must include educational e-learning methods of instructional design for continuous guidance and counseling and follow-up for students with external settings, to integrate them into the learning environment, and increase its effectiveness.
