This study aimed to identify the challenges facing implementing Education in Emergency Program at UNRWA Schools in Southern Palestinian Governorates and the possible methods to overcome them. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach and used a questionnaire consisting of 25 items divided into four domains. The study population consisted of all 278 male and female UNRWA school principals in the academic year 2020-2021. Sample size was 119 male and female school principal. And to process the data (SPSS) program was used. The study most important findings were: The degree of the challenges that face implementing Education in Emergency Program at UNRWA Schools in Southern Palestinian Governorates was with a relative weight of (74.89%). And there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the study sample members regarding the degree of challenges facing implementing EIE Program at UNRWA Schools in Southern Palestinian Governorates that could be attributed to the variable of gender members, years of service and academic qualification. The study proposed a set of methods to limit the challenges facing implementing EIE Program. (Published abstract)
