درجة توافر الإبداع الإداري وفاعلية الأداء الوظيفي لدى مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث في محافظات الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظرهم
The purpose of the current study is to identify the degree of availability of creative management and job performance effectiveness among UNRWA school principles (in the West Bank) from their own perspective. The descriptive approach was used and a structured questionnaire was administered to the population of the study (88 school principals) in the scholastic year 2019-2020. For statistical analysis, the researchers used SPSS to conduct (T-Test, One Way ANOVA) to answer the study questions. The main findings of the study show that: (a) the total degree of availability in all domains of creative management and job performance effectiveness from the school principals’ perspective was high(b) there weren’t any significant statistically differences due to gender and qualification variables (c) there were significant differences attributed to years of experience variable for all domains except for ICT management in favor of (more than 10 years), and (d) there weren’t any significant statistically differences due to educational area variable for all domains except for problem sensitivity and planning skill.
