أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على نظرية الذكاء الناجح في تنمية مهارات التفكير العليا والأداء التدريسي لمعلمي رياضيات المرحلة الثانوية
The study aimed to know the impact of a proposed training program based on successful intelligence theory on developing higher-order thinking skills and the teaching performance of secondary school mathematics teachers. The study sample consisted of 14 teachers, all of them are twelfth grade teachers, and the research materials and tools consisted of: a training program based on the theory of successful intelligence, a test of higher thinking skills, and a video camera to document the performance of the teacher. The test of higher thinking skills and the documentation of teachers ’performance have been applied before, followed by the application of the 5-day training program at an average of 4 hours per day. Upon completion of the training, a test of higher thinking skills was applied and then began to document and analyze teachers’ performance. The results showed that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of 0.05 to the post-application of the higher thinking skills test, and the results also showed a statistically significant effect at the level of 0.05 to the post-teaching performance. The study revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 for the benefit of teachers with prior training. (Published abstract)
