منطلقات ورؤى عصرية لتطوير الأداء القيادي في المؤسسات التربوية لتلبية متطلبات العصر الرقمي
The study aimed to identify the most prominent requirements of the digital age, and to identify the skills necessary for the leader to develop the performance of the educational institution in the digital age, in order to reach procedural proposals to develop leadership performance in educational institutions to meet the requirements of the digital age. The study used the descriptive analytical method to review the literature and previous studies. The study concluded that the ability to create a positive climate, enhance self-confidence, effective communication and strategic awareness are the most prominent requirements of the digital age, and that the most prominent skills necessary for a leader to develop the performance of the educational institution in the digital age in all leadership processes are planning, directing, organizing, coordinating and strategic digital evaluation, and visions were built. It was based on real strategic requirements and the degree of need for change. In light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of holding continuous rehabilitation and training programs for educational leaders to keep pace with global developments and changes, and investing in artificial intelligence applications and software because of their accuracy and ability to work for long hours.
