This study aimed to recognize the role of dialogue in enhancing the value system among secondary grades’ students from their perspective. It also aimed to identify the relationship between the later attitudes from sex and branch. In order to achieve the aim, the study used the descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire was developed by the researcher. It consists from 36 items. The researcher checked the validity and reliability of the instruments. The study’s sample consists from 512 of secondary grades’ students (scientific and literary branch) in Salt during the year 2018-2019. The questions of the study were answered using appropriate statistical methods. The following results were concluded: The role of dialogue that performs teachers in enhancing the value system among secondary grades’ students from their came to a medium degree, It was found that there are statistically significant differences between the respondents’ attitudes in this regard which can be attributed to gender for the favor of males. It was found that there are statistically significant differences between the respondents’ attitudes in this regard which can be attributed to branch for the favor of literary. In the light of the study’s results, the researcher recommends the need to spread the dialogue among school students to be a characteristic of their personality and part of their composition, through curricula and extracurricular activities. The researcher also recommended emphasizing the importance of establishing specialized training courses in order to increase their awareness of the dialogue, and to identify its skills, goals and methods of achieving it.
