The study aimed to identify ways to activate and improve the degree of job empowerment among academic leaders in Jordanian universities, and the study adopted a qualitative approach, and the researcher conducted interviews with (15) academic career leaders among academic leaders, which included: activating administrative communication as a link between university administration and educational administration, consistent with the desires of individuals and knowing their needs and desires, the need to activate modern means in career empowerment And benefiting from it, activating the practice of self-management through the self-management work team by making and taking decisions, enhancing the positive feeling among workers to increase the sense of personal and professional balance, activating the feedback that requires from Jordanian universities. The results of these interviews showed that the leaders made seven proposals to activate and improve empowerment Introducing the academic leaders at the university to the laws and regulations and training them to apply them, providing information in the form of Evaluate the empowerment experience and convey deficiencies to employees, and praise their success.
