إتجاهات المعلمين نحو استخدام روبوتات الدردشة التفاعلية (chat bots) في تعليم الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة بالمدينة المنورة
The current study aimed to identify teachers' attitudes towards the use of interactive chat bots in teaching students with disabilities in Madinah. The sample consisted of (150) male and female teachers, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the tool used in the study was a questionnaire about teachers' attitudes towards the use of interactive chat bots in teaching students with disabilities. The results of the study showed that the reality of teachers’ use of interactive chat bots in teaching students with disabilities came to a medium degree. The obstacles faced by teachers in using interactive chat bots in teaching students with disabilities were moderately and the methods of solving the problem of obstacles facing teachers in the use of interactive chat in teaching students with disabilities came to an average degree, the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in teachers' attitudes that are attributed to the variable gender, type of disability, academic qualification, educational experience, and training courses. The study recommends the need to use interactive chat bots in the educational process with people with disabilities, as well as training students with disabilities on how to use interactive chat bots and use it in education and improve attention and memory, and the need to train teachers on interactive chat bots, and expand the establishment of conversations that develop interaction with people with disabilities in different stages of education.
