The present study aimed at identifying the effect of using the effectiveness of a program based on the educational google applications to teach geography for improving geographical research skills and learning engagement for the first secondary students to achieve this, a program was prepared that includes a teacher's guide to teach the first unit (the site and features of the surface of Egypt) and the second unit (climate and plant and animal life in Egypt) of the geography course for the first year of secondary school, and worksheets for students, The quasi-experimental approach was used by applying it to a sample of which they were divided into a control group (40) students. And an experimental group (40) students, the results resulted in a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group students and the scores of the control group students in the post application of the geographical research skills test and the measure of learning engagement in favor of the experimental group.
