The current research aims to reveal the effectiveness of a guided program to develop the awareness of sons to share in the management of priorities dimensions (identifying priorities - human resources - the strength of aims - positive interaction) and its relationship to social responsibility dimensions (personal responsibility - family responsibility - social responsibility). (220) male and female students between the ages of 14 and 17 years of age were chosen in a deliberate manner for the purpose of secondary school students with different social and economic levels. The student must be a resident of his family in order to codify the study tools, and applied to them a general data form, a questionnaire for the participation of sons in the management of priorities, a social responsibility questionnaire, a guide program based on the strategy of web quest to develop the awareness of sons to share in the management of priorities and its relationship to social responsibility and its strength (55) students from the same basic research sample and the same conditions. The descriptive analytical and quasi experimental approach. The results of the research found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between sons members of the basic research sample in the participation of sons in the management of priorities in four dimensions (setting priorities Humanities - Strength of aims - Positive Interaction (depending on the variables of study (sex, age, mother's work, father's education, mother's education, monthly income of family ) for both male children, older age, mother's work m, educational levels of higher parents, The high monthly income of the family, and it was found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) among children members of the basic research sample in the development of social responsibility in three dimensions (personal responsibility - family responsibility - social responsibility) according to different study variables (sex, age, The work of the mother, the father's education, the mother's education, the monthly income of the family (in favor of both females, older age, mother's work, educational levels of higher parents, and in favor of the high monthly income level of the family, also it was found that there is Statistically significant inverse correlation ranging from (0.05) and (0.01) between the management of priorities in their dimensions and social responsibility. It was also found that the level of mother's education is the most influential factor in explaining the total disparity in the management of priorities with a participation rate (81%), also found that the level of mother's education is the most influential factor in the interpretation of the total disparity in the development of social responsibility (74%). The results confirmed the effectiveness of the guided program to develop the awareness of the sons of the experimental research sample to share in the management of priorities for the development of social responsibility, where there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental sample members before and after the application of the program in favor of telemetry. This shows the effectiveness of the program based on the strategy of Web Quest, which confirmed the results of the ETA box test the existence of the impact of the program of great size in the development of awareness of sons members of the experimental research sample to participate in the management of priorities for the development of social responsibility. The study recommends the need to sensitize parents, educators and family to the need to allow sons to share effectively within the family and acquire new concepts and abilities as well as different life skills because of their importance in the development of administrative abilities in the face of their problems and pressures as parents of the future, strengthen the role of social responsibility of sons in the advancement of society through Integrate them into the curricula of pre-university education to achieve community balance and cohesion.
