قراءة تحليلية لأفكار تربوية عند رائد التربية في الوطن العربي : إسماعيل القباني (1898م- 1963م)
The history of the Egyptian educational community is full of pioneers in the fields of educational and psychological thought. The search for the lives of those figures continues to reveal fertile aspects in the history of this thought and its development in a way that we are in dire need of exploring, studying and benefiting from such history. Ismail Qabbani is at the forefront of these pioneers. He is considered an important event in the history of education in Egypt. Likewise, he is the first specialized educational pioneer & his fame has spread as an educational innovator at the level of thought and action. The current research aims to explain his most prominent educational ideas from an analytical perspective. The research adopted the descriptive approach. It concluded with a set of results, including: The value of the educator does not depend on only the amount and type of what he wrote and thought about, but rather on what he leaves in clear traces and imprints on the course of educational thought. Moreover, Ismail Al Qabbani was a skilled teacher and a true educator throughout his life. In his view, the educational process is a "path of progress" & the main path that must be reformed for the sake of educational advancement. He also represented a unique school in the combination of theory & practice. The research presented a set of recommendations concerning how we can make best use of educational ideas of Ismail Al-Qabbani now and in the future. (Published abstract)
